This is a strange reverse racism thing for me to have to admit but I always feel safer and more trusting when Asians handle animals. Historically speaking here, within Asian cultures animals held a place of significance though cultural and spiritual life. As exemplified and concretised, Chinese attributed years, years relating to different animal aspects. Asian culture provides retrospective acknowledgements towards ancestorship and by virtue of historical roots, Asian cultures still hold animals in prestige this is exemplified by the fandom and patronage of the Panda. In the modern age some specific demographics present ideological alignment mental associations then transmitted as cultural value and socially authenticated form and an 'okayness' and more over acceptance of the personal held value fascination with animals. It is for this reason that I find some Asian individuals, where possessing a fascination with animals moreover are more diligent, if not overly cautious towards the handling and thereafter care of animals however that said this scales with knowledge of animals where as some possess much fascination without much practical experience understanding knowledge. In general I find for animal services that individuals who handle animals diligently caringly and gently is probably my preference in relation to animal services with my cat for the above reasons. I spoke with the Petopia customer service desk staffer or shop owner via the phone where she answered my call immediately. Her and the groomer provided care and service to my animal on 30th December the day before New Years. Removing heavy laden coat such that it could cool in one of the hottest parts of summer period which I see as vital and necessary to the care of my cat, which I saw presenting as otherwise panting due to what is in reality is probably heat stress, this reduce my own stress towards my ability to provide a fair and meaningful climatic temperature control environment comparable to what this animal could otherwise seek in the origination of it's natural environment throughout it's biological evolutionary history. For this I am grateful. Moreover the lady who I spoke with on the phone and who served me handled my cat basically like she was a vet from overseas who could not otherwise convert qualification, she was extremely good. The groomer shaved my cat and basically reinvented my imagination towards it's undercoat patterning making its show like a champion. Overall I could not be happier with the service provided.

When I went to exit and walk on the street with my cat. I was harassed by continued passersby making diversionary loops only to gawk at my cat and disrupt me while I tried to write this review. The individuals local to this area are absolutely totally and utterly heinous. Please do come to this business, but make sure you leave promptly as and without exception in adding any other business revenue in absolutely any minimal way possible to the rest of this local business strip.

Took my fur baby to Petopia pets grooming and these legends are straight-up magicians. She came out looking like a show dog, smelt amazing, and was wagging like crazy. No drama, no stress, just awesome service from people who genuinely love animals. Definitely coming back. 5 stars, easy.
